At The Cornish Seaweed Bath Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your coastal skincare experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the products are secure to prevent damage during transit back to our Cornish studio.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the package to the address provided in your authorization email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
